Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the NEEDLYsign platform ("Service") operated by Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Description of Service

NEEDLYsign is a digital document signing platform that allows users to sign PDF documents using physical DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) USB tokens. Key characteristics of our service include:

• Signing PDFs using DSC tokens (ePass2003, Watchdata, ProxKey, eMudhra)
• Zero-data architecture — documents never leave your device
• Cryptographic hash-based verification system
• Bulk signing capabilities for multiple PDFs
• QR-code embedded verification records
• 14-day free trial for new users

Account Registration

To use NEEDLYsign, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create accounts for others without their explicit consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these terms.

Permitted Use

You agree to use NEEDLYsign only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Forging or fraudulently signing documents on behalf of others without authorisation
• Using the platform to commit fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform
• Violating any applicable laws, including the IT Act 2000 and its amendments

Subscription & Billing

NEEDLYsign offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the pricing page
• Provide valid payment information and authorise recurring charges
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

Legal Validity of Signatures

Digital signatures created using NEEDLYsign with a valid DSC token are legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) of India.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your DSC is valid and not expired
• NEEDLYsign is not responsible for signatures made with expired or revoked DSCs
• The legal acceptance of digital signatures may vary by jurisdiction outside India
• We provide verification records but do not provide legal advice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Loss of data, business, or profits resulting from service interruptions
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account
• Legal disputes arising from the content of documents you sign

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice to registered users
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
• Signing records may be retained for legal compliance purposes

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
